Beginner Tennis is designed for those who have never played before or those who have played as a youth or as an adult recreationally and may have some success rallying ball back and forth. You will develop your shot quality and gain a firm understanding of tennis stroke technique, production and footwork. Racquets are not provided. Min 6/Max 8 Adult Advanced Tennis Supervisor: Dan Schaffer You will be introduced to new techniques, fun challenges and game situations with a friendly, supportive, learning structure. Advanced Tennis is designed for those who have shot depth and can put pace on the ball with above average ball control but are looking to develop match-toughness, winning strategies, fitness and tennis-specific conditioning. Min 6/Max 8 Adult Sports 6-Week Archery Lessons Supervisor: Amanda Heiman Interested in shooting a bow & arrow? If so, sign up today with our USA Archery certified instructors who will encourage and coach all ages and skill levels! In this target archery class you will learn the basics from stance, eye dominance, and accuracy. Class will be taught in three segments: fundamentals, skill building, and competition. Ultimately each archer will be competing against themselves to improve precision. Archery allows people to participate in low impact exercise, build hand/eye coordination, and gain concentration/ relaxation techniques. Accommodations and instruction will be individually based. All age ranges and skill levels are welcome and encouraged to try their hand at archery. Golf Lessons Supervisor: Chad Drue ere is no better way to improve your game than taking lessons from a trained golf instructor. Group instruction is an excellent way to receive the essential information on not only how to swing but how to putt, chip, and play the game better! Whether you are picking up a club for the first time or looking to reduce your handicap to single digits, make a great investment and take a lesson from a professional. Each class will have a 6 to 1 ratio of students to instructor and lessons focus weekly on proper grip and posture, putting, full swing, and chipping. e Learning Center at Fresh Meadow Golf Club is located at 11302 Cermak Road in Hillside, IL. Min 4/Max 20 Adult Co-ed Bubble Soccer Supervisor: Chad Drue You've heard about the new bubble soccer game, now it's time to try it out for yourself. Each night teams will be formed and games will be played in a game that is sure to be fun, great exercise and a lot of laughs! Min 8/Max 16 YouthTennis... Check out our Youth Tennis on page 70. Adult Intermediate Tennis Supervisor: Dan Schaffer In each class participants are introduced to new techniques, fun challenges and game situations with a friendly, supportive, learning structure. Intermediate Tennis is designed for those who can rally successfully, but still desire more ball control and better movement with various tennis stroke awareness but needs correction or practice in certain areas. In addition, you will work on covering court spaces, exploiting opponents' weaknesses and developing conditioning and consistent shot depth. Min 6/Max 8 CANCELLED
