Basic 1 is for participants who are new to
figure skating ages 6-18. Participants learn
to sit and stand up, marching, forward
glides, dip, travel forward swizzles, backward
wiggles, snowplow stop, rocking horse and two foot
hop.
No classes November 21-27
Basic 2
Ages 6-15
Supervisor: Kyle Sandine
Basic 2 develops one foot glides, backward
two foot glides, traveling backward
swizzles, two foot turn in place, moving
snowplow stop, and forward alternating half swizzle
pumps in a line.
No classes November 21-27
In order to promote the safest
environment possible on the
ice, all protective equipment is
encouraged, especially wearing
a safety helmet.
