We will work on fundamentals and game concepts in a competitive, fun environment! RISE coaches are former collegiate field hockey players. is program is for K-8th grade students. Athletes will need a stick, mouth guard, shin guards and protective eyewear. Equipment packages will be available. Min 8/Max 30 Semi-Private Baseball Lesson Supervisor: Dan Schaffer Semi-Private baseball hitting lessons will help youth players take their game to the next level by refining and improving their swing progression. Our elite baseball staff will work in groups of no larger than four focusing on a new hitting absolute each week to get you ready for your upcoming season. Semi- Private baseball pitching lessons will help youth players take their game to the next level by refining and improving their throwing motion. Our elite baseball staff will work in groups of no larger than four focusing on a new pitching absolute each week to get you ready for your upcoming season. Sign up as an individual or sign up in a group. Min 2/Max 4 Beginning Fencing Supervisor: Chad Drue En garde! Diana Unger, a certified coach with the United States Fencing Association with more than 25 years of fencing experience, will teach you the basics of fencing. Fencing requires patience, concentration, discipline, and self- awareness. Self-confidence, self-control, and emotional strength gained from this sport will lead to a healthier lifestyle. Weapons, jackets, and masks will be provided and shared among classmates. Participants must obtain a $10 US Fencing Membership prior to the 1st day of class. Participants need to bring a glove for the hand they write with, it does not have to be a fencing glove. A light winter glove, work or gardening glove will do. Min 4/Max 10 Intermediate/Adv. Group instruction is an excellent way to receive the essential information on not only how to swing but how to putt, chip, and play the game better! Whether you are picking up a club for the 1st time or looking to reduce your handicap to single digits, make a great investment and take a lesson from our professionals. Each class will have a 6-to-1 ratio of students to instructor. Lessons take place at the Learning Center at Fresh Meadow Golf Club is located at 11302 Cermak Road in Hillside, IL. Min 6/Max 20
