Join us for this introductory class to learn the basics of birding. You'll learn basic silhouettes, field marks and calls. Don't forget your binoculars because we will finish class with a short walk to practice your new skills through Austin Gardens! Registration includes 2 family members. Each additional family member $5.00.is class is appropriate for children over the age of 6. Min 6/Max 10 Spring Children's Photos at the Conservatory Supervisor: Leah Pryor Have a beautiful, professional children's portrait taken among the spring flowers inside the Oak Park Conservatory. You will receive a sitting session for up to three children and one 8X10 photo. Ala carte packages are available for additional cost. Please register for one time slot. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your session start time. Min 1/Max 1 Family Nature Night Supervisor: Leah Pryor Spend some quality time with your family in the great outdoors! Learn about a new nature topic, hike around Austin Gardens as you listen to the sounds of the season, and make a nature inspired cra to take home. Each month we will focus on a different nature topic. Registration includes 2 family members. Each additional family member $5.00. Min 6/Max 10 Earth Day Party Supervisor: Leah Pryor Take some time from your busy schedule to thank Mother Earth for this wonderful place we call home. Stop by Austin Gardens to learn about different ways that you can be a better steward and give back to the planet that we all love. Registration includes 2 family members. Each additional family member $5.00. Min 10/Max 30 Spring Family Hike Supervisor: Leah Pryor End your winter hibernation with a rejuvenating spring hike through Fullersburg Woods in Oak Brook.
