Wear your baby as you tone, stretch and strengthen as your baby enjoys the gentle rocking, music and motion that soothes and calms. Min 4/Max 8 Pirouettes with my Partner Supervisor: Candace Lee is class is an interactive way to experience movement with your little one. Explore imaginative dance with your partner, encourage sensory and fine motor development, build strength, balance, coordination, and spatial awareness. Create memories while moving to classical and contemporary music with your partner. Min 4/Max 8 Creative Movement Supervisor: Candace Lee An explorative class that focuses on natural dance movement, imaginative play, musicality, and independence. Children roll, stretch, jump, dart, and swing while learning about body, effort, shape, space, time, and direction. is program teaches children to play with purpose and to begin listening to directions from a teacher. Min 6/Max 12 Class does not meet: 7/4 Dance & Skate Supervisor: Candace Lee Saturday classes can be filled with this combo class offering dance and skating! Participants will start with a Creative Movement dance class from 10:50am-11:10am. ey then transition to Snowplow Sam 1 class from 11:20am-12pm. Both classes will help children learn how to control and use their bodies, relate to other children and express themselves through introductory skill work in dance and skating. Min 4/Max 12 Class does not meet: 7/4 Beg Ballet and Tap Supervisor: Candace Lee is class will expose your beginner to two styles of dance. Students will develop turnout, coordination, beginning tap skills, spatial awareness, and discipline in this combination technique class. Min 6/Max 12 Class does not meet: 7/4 Beginning Ballet Supervisor: Candace Lee Dancers begin to develop turn out, body alignment, etiquette, and elementary barre and center work. Lively music, rhythmic interpretation of music, and imaginative play encourage positive self-awareness and connectedness to peers. Min 6/Max 12 Class does not meet: 7/4 Intermediate Ballet Supervisor: Candace Lee Dancers continue to develop turn out, body alignment, discipline, intermediate barre and center work, and corps de ballet sequences. Dancers will develop positive self-awareness and connectedness to peers. Beginning Ballet must be taken at least twice in order to take Beginning Ballet 2, unless given permission by your instructor. Min 6/Max 12 Class does not meet: 7/4 Tap Supervisor: Candace Lee A new class offered for beginning and intermediate tap dancers. Young dancers will learn tap technique and skills to lively and rhythmic music while producing clear tap sounds, building coordination and flexibility. Min 6/Max 12 Jazz Supervisor: Candace Lee Dancers will learn proper Contemporary Jazz technique based on ballet technique layered with traditional jazz movement. Classes provide a warm-up, stretches, isolations, across-the-floor progressions, and combinations. Dancers will develop a sense of musicality and style in their dancing. Min 6/Max 12
