School's Out

Join the Park District of Oak Park on your
day off from school! On select days when District 97
students are off, we've got some fun field trips and
activities planned that you can sign up for! Spend
your day off with us: laughing, exploring, and trying
something new! Regular care is offered from 8am-
3pm and extended care is offered from 8am-6pm.

Come and try hands-on activities and learn about
our new garden with our garden docents. Learn
about native Illinois ecosystems and have fun
playing in the garden! Topics include:
• September/October: Fossils
Find the fossils buried in the play area, sort real fossils and create your
own fossils.

Forest Park
Kids Triathlon
Join the Park District of Forest Park as we kick off Fall with
our 6th Annual Kids Triathlon throughout the park. This
event is open to boys and girls from ages 7 to 14. Waves will be
based on both age and gender. T-shirt and participation
medal included.
