Bring a group of your friends to socialize or come solo to just relax. We'll provide the coloring book, pencils and a glass of wine! Each participant will bring home a coloring book and colored pencils. Min 6/Max 15 Winterizing Your Garden Tools and Small Machines Supervisor: Leah Pryor Even though you aren't using them, a lot can happen to garden tools and small machines over the winter. Learn how to properly put away and store all of your gardening tools and small machines for the long winter months so that they can be ready for you to use next spring! Min 6/Max 15 Succulent Pumpkin Creations Supervisor: Leah Pryor Create a fall tablescape using succulents grown on top of pumpkins and gourds. You will learn about selecting the right succulents and how to affix a beautiful arrangement on top of a pumpkin. Fall colors shine through in these unique arrangements that you will be able to take home and enjoy for months with proper care. Note: Registration is required one week in advance of start date to allow class materials to be purchased for all participants. Min 8/Max 15 Thanksgiving Centerpieces Supervisor: Leah Pryor Create a beautiful floral centerpiece for your anksgiving table! Learn how to create a large centerpiece that will wow your guests. We will use a mixture of dried, silk, and fresh materials that will create a long-lasting display in your home. Registration is required one week in advance of start date to allow class materials to be purchased for all participants. Min 6/Max 15 FAMILY & NATURE... Delicious Living Lectures Presented by the Friends of the Oak Park Conservatory Supervisor: Patti Staley Delicious Living is a lecture series presented by the Friends of the Oak Park Conservatory. ese lectures are FREE to Friends of the Oak Park Conservatory members. Min 5/Max 50 Fermented Foods Demystified Cheryl Munoz from Sugar Beet Food Co-Op, and Dr. Paul Schattauer from e Green Medical Practice will share the art, history and medical benefits of fermentation.
