6 First-Ever Doggy Egg Scramble - FREE! Sa, Apr 12 from 1:30-2:30pm Supervisor: Melissa Rimdzius After the children's egg hunt, families are encouraged to bring their dog back to Carroll Park for the first ever Doggy Egg Scramble! Dogs and owners will hunt -or scramble- through the field to find the most doggy treat and prize filled eggs. After the hunt, a special visitor will stop by to visit and take photos with each family. This is an on-leash event for friendly dogs and their families; children must be accompanied by an adult.This event will be held outdoors rain or shine. In the event of thunderstorms, the event will be postponed up to 30 minutes or cancelled. Location: Carroll Park SPECIAL EVENTS Mom & Me Tea (Ages 3 & Up) Su, Apr 27 at Cheney Mansion Supervisor: Amanda Heiman Join us for an old fashion tea and an afternoon of mom and daughter memories. Girls should wear their favorite party dresses and be ready to participate in a fun fashion show. We'll create a special memoir from the afternoon, participate in old fashion games, and enjoy a delicious lunch. Register using code #261922-02 Annual Egg Hunt (Ages 3-10) Sa, Apr 12 at Carroll Center/Park Tickets available starting Feb 24 FREE EVENT, but tickets are required! Supervisor: Amanda Heiman • Take your picture with the Bunny. • Play themed games, climb the playground, and enjoy family & friends both before and after your hunt time! • Head home with a basket full of eggs and heart full of memories! Come join us for a HOP-tasticale hunt! Children ages 3-10 are eligible to bring their baskets, bonnets, and bunny ears to participate in our annual egg hunt. This traditional hunt will take place at Carroll Park located at 1125 S. Kenilworth, come rain or shine! (Rain site will be Lincoln Elementary School - 1111 S. Grove Ave.) Egg Hunt Ticket Times: 9:00-10:00am, 10:15-11:15am, or 11:30-12:30pm Within each ticket time there will be 2 separate egg hunts split up by age: (Ages 3-6) and (Ages 7-10) The egg hunt is a FREE event; however ALL CHILDREN will need a ticket to participate. Tickets for each time slot are limited, so hop in today to pick up one for each child in your family! Children must be accompanied by an adult. They will be riding in no time with this proven method that focuses on balance, steering and pedaling. Participants must bring their own bicycle and helmet. Parents can learn about bike safety too! We will provide safety information for kids and adults: bike safety checks, helmet checks and tips for riding on the trail or in the street.
