65 NEW PUNCH PASS OPTIONS We now offer two types of Punch Pass classes: Regular Punch Pass and Virtual Punch Pass. Regular Punch Pass classes are Basic Fitness and Strong & Long. Virtual Punch Pass classes utilize a online scheduler and are currently only available for BodyPump. BASIC FITNESS Build strong bones and muscles while developing cardiovascular endurance and flexibility. Individual modifications provided as needed. Bring a towel. Instructor: M. Leonard STRONG & LONG This class focuses on improving strength and flexibility. Class begins with a long cardio warm up and a relaxing stretch to prepare for strength training. Then we focus on strength exercises for the upper and lower body with special attention on the core muscles. Ends with a full body stretch and posture adjustment. Instructor: M. Leonard New! Virtual Punch Pass Details For your convenience and flexibility BodyPump classes (see description at right) will now be offered as a virtual punch pass and utilize an online scheduler. You can purchase a 10-visit or 20-visit pass for BodyPump online and schedule the classes you can attend based on your schedule. The program will utilize our current universal card system that is used at the Pools/Ice Rink. If you don't have a universal card you can get yours printed at Customer Service (see p. 4 for registration sites and hours). If you reserve a time and do not attend the class, you will still be charged one visit from your pass. Cancellations must be done before 5pm the night before a class in order to not lose a punch from your punch pass the following day. Reductions from your punch will be done on the day of the class.
